I believe firmly in the advantages of the scheme of Madeleine Hunter. This method presents very special characteristics that if the teacher handles and enhances with practical procedures and strategies ,  keeping in mind  , that one of the more powerful enemies of the smooth performance of a class is the routine, will provide excellent results.

I will mention now, which , in my opinion, are the more important strategies to be successful in  the classroom.

A-Accesibility

          For me, this is like a foundation for a building. The teacher can be a genius, a wise man, to have all the knowledge of the world,  but if he or she  has no, what  I call, that magical link of rapport with the students," the ship will sink " . I read a sentence on internet that really captured my attention very strongly and comprises this mentioned concept: "you have to reach them, before to teach them"

B-Knowledge

       Now that  we have assured total consonance  in the classroom, is necessary to stress this fundamental concept. If the teacher has good and professional knowledge of what he or she  has to teach, he can convey to his or her students that sense of confidentiality that they need.

C-Learning style

    This is the third basic strategy. Notice that I am not saying Teaching Style. One of our common errors, is to think that we have to  be focused in the techniques for teaching, and , in doing this we neglect the fact that the students have their own preference  for studying and learning. The best system for the teacher is the so called student centered system.

D- Resources

     I want to stress this strategy because it  forms special part of the strategic arsenal of  a teacher. Not only that helps a lot to save time in a class, time that can be used for guided practice or other activities, but also keeps the students better interested and focused in the topics, Between these resources I would stand out the tutorials in the website, like I have here, because they present several advantages, such as interactivity  with the user who can practice at will, animated lessons that explains better and the student can see at any moment that he or she  wants, keeps the students  better focused, etc.
